In the beautiful Öland landscape with meadows framed by stone walls that have existed for hundreds of years, just a short distance from Borgholm with a cycle path into town, we are planning a modern ecological village with a focus on sustainability and as little impact on the environment as possible.

Here you have your own house and a nice guest house on your own property and also have access to common functions such as a greenhouse, orchard, cultivation plots, workshop, hen house, lamb pens and for extra luxury in everyday life – swimming pool, padel court, tennis court, boules court, gym and sauna. There is outdoor furniture, a barbecue area and a playground for the children.

We plan for a car-free environment among the houses, with carports with solar cells on the roof for charging posts for electric cars. All houses have roofs consisting of integrated solar cells, so that you produce your own electricity and can sell it back to the grid. The houses are built in energy-efficient materials and aim for zero energy consumption or even plus energy consumption. Here we combine beautiful material choices with strict design and a wooden feel – a pleasure for the soul from the inside out.
